Dr Delphys Advanced Dental Studio

A 30-year-old residential house was reimagined as a contemporary dental clinic, transforming an ageing structure into a clean, welcoming, and purpose-driven healthcare environment.

Working within the limitations of the existing building, the design focused on creating a seamless balance between functionality, hygiene, patient comfort, and visual appeal. The layout was carefully planned to accommodate a reception area, two operating rooms, and a dedicated sterilization room, while ensuring efficient movement and workflow throughout the clinic.

The design approach was intentionally warm and understated, moving away from the conventional clinical feel to create an environment that feels professional yet comfortable and approachable for patients. The project demonstrates how thoughtful spatial planning and interior detailing can breathe new life into an existing structure while adapting it successfully to a completely new purpose.
